The Rovers and Rangers Unit started functioning in this College from the session 1998-99. It functions under the leadership of a Rover leader and Ranger Leaders.
The aim of the Bharat Scouts and Guides Movement is to develop a sense of good citizenship among the youth by developing their character, health, skill and spirit of service, through social contacts and activities.
Enrolment to Rovers crew for boys and Rangers team for Girls is open to all students who are in the age group of 15 to 25. Rovering and Rangering is the 3rd stage of the Movement of Bharat Scouts & Guides with its motto service
Students with Nipun and Rastrapati Rovering and Rangering certificates are always given preference over other general students in admission to higher class, and services. Bharat Scouts and Guides is also organising various National and International Samagams
