The M.A. in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PMIR) is a two-year postgraduate programme offered by Rajdhani College, Bhubaneswar under the Centre for Managerial Excellence (CMEx). The programme follows the curriculum prescribed by Utkal University, and students receive the same M.A. degree certificate awarded by Utkal University upon successful completion. The programme develops professionals with expertise in Human Resource Management, Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, Organizational Behaviour, Employee Welfare and Personnel Administration.

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with eligibility as prescribed by Utkal University/Government norms.

Candidates seeking admission to the BCA course should have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination from the Council of Higher Secondary Education Odisha or another equivalent examination with Mathematics / Statistics / Business Mathematics as one of the subjects.
